Come and join me for an introductory workshop centered on supportive nutrition for teens athletes and learn how food plays a big role in their performance both in sport and regular life. We will talk about macro and micronutrient breakdowns, snacks and meals in relation to training.

Bring your kids along so they can get an understanding of the importance of eating REAL food as they grow and perform in their respective sports.
